John Patrick Cooney

My condolences, thoughts & prayers are with all the Cooney family. Many fond memories of John growing up in Homewood. May our great God give all of you great comfort & peace.

John was a great man in every regard. His intellect was unequaled, and his personality and smile were contagious. He was a devout man of faith and dearly loved his family. Our family was blessed to know John and his family for many years. The world would be a lot better place if there were more John Cooney in it. To sweet Liz and the entire beautiful family, we send our sincere heartfelt condolences, love and prayers. Mack and Mary Daugherty

Alex and I are grieving with all of you Liz and Patrick ! We have shared wonderful trips with you and John and will miss his passion for life and his humor . John had bold faith in Jesus and truly loved his church !
