I remember him well at his golf course because I used to hit lots of balls there and also played games too. He was always very nice. Blessed be you all at this very special time.

I met John Cooper or Coop as we would call him when I was 11 years old and couldn’t see over the counter of his golf course Colonial Acres Golf Course in Houma, LA. So sorry to hear of the passing of this friend from our Little League Baseball days, John, Sr. was one of our coaches, to our high school days and the military brotherhood we shared. My sincere condolences to his family. RIP my brother.

Going to miss my old hunting Buddy and listening to all his inventive ideas.

Our prayers and thoughts for John and family.
