We are missing you as always and thinking of you – especially today, your 61st birthday. We took your Godmother to a doctor's appointment today and instead of the usual stack of magazines on the table next to us, there was only one book – “Chicken Soup for the Golfer's Soul!” We knew it was a message from you on your birthday, John, to start thinking green (especially after this long winter) and for everybody to hang in there.
