Not sure what to say?

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I really enjoyed our phone conversations we had about Texas A&M. He was a great Aggie. I am so glad glad that he enjoyed the yearbook I sent to him a couple of years back.

As important as the memories that we all have experienced with Jack Crichton is the legacy that lives on. Surely there is another light that shines on us all for having known him.

His smile and encouraging words will remain in my mind and heart forever. Enjoyed our pre-game visits in the TAMU Lettermen's Association area. My deepest sympathy to the family.

We enjoyed the opportunity to know and visit with Jack. Our thoughts are with you.

How many happy visits we've had with this interesting, lovable man. I am proud to have worked for him when he was a trustee of the Texas A&M Development Foundation. To have known him as boss, and friend, and his lovely wife and family has blessed our lives. We treasure our friendship with all of them. Our love and prayers, Jane and Doug Moore

Jack was the most positive, cheerful person I have ever known. He always had a smile and a good word to say. I valued his counsel and came away from every conversation with a good feeling about the future. He had some of the most interesting experiences in his life and it was a joy to visit with him about them. He was truly a unique individual and will be sorely missed by all that knew him. May he rest in peace with the Lord. If there is any oil or gas in heaven, Jack can locate it.

J.M. Barrie wrote "The Admirable Crichton" and "Peter Pan - The Boy Who Refused to Grow Up". Both of these titles sum up Jack Crichton: Admired by many and always embracing the optimism of youth! Jack you are missed!

Please know our prayers are with you. We'll always remember his big smile and ready handshake.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family of Jack Crichton. What an honor to have known him. Paradise is a richer place with this new 12th man.
Love, Andrea Dowlen
