Not sure what to say?

I enjoyed and was challenged to learn while taking two years of Biology courses at H-F with John / Mr. Crissey as our Teacher of Honors and AP Biology. He was definitely among the best teachers I ever had.

Mr Chrissey was one of the BEST teachers and friend any student could ask for, at HF high school. He always would make time for you in his busy day. RIP my friend

I also remember him fondly. I'm sure we gave him a few grey hairs, but he helped me become a life long runner and taught me so much. Wish I would have told him how much I appreciated all he did. Rest in peace.

I ran cross country for coach Crissey from 1978-1981. He was quite a remarkable man who put up with a lot of teenage girl craziness. He taught us all to be the best runners we could be. Best memory was his following us as we ran while he drove his maroon car. Rest In Peace coach!

Coach Crissey was a true gentleman-and truly a gentle man. My sincerest condolences to his family and friends.

Coach Crissey was my cross country/track coach from 1986-1990. I know we must have driven him completely mad from time to time, but his patience was something I remember the most. I don't think I recall him ever yelling or acting like some of the insane coaches from other schools. I remember him as a quiet, yet commanding, man who helped bring out the best in his team.
