Not sure what to say?

The grief I feel is overwhelming at times. When I check my messages and there is only silence I am reminded that I must be content to hold close the memories of our times together. John Ed'rd you are missed more than you will ever know. When we plant peanuts we will remember you. When we eat a mess of mustard greens served with Backbone and rice we will remember your fondness for this meal. The sweetness of cane syrup will bring back memories of you wanting to make cane syrup once again...

For Betty and the Croft family:
We are saddened to hear of the passing of John. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. May you always keep the memories close to your hearts. John was a fun, loving, compassionate man who shared his life with so many. He was a treasure and it was a privilege to have known him. Steve and Ellen Zane

Please accept my deepest sympathies.

To the Croft family I am very sorry to hear about John,He is and always will be the kindest man I have ever met. I have waited on John for years, his favorite grits with sausage gravy. My kids called him the cow man, he loved his animals and loved showing my kids.I will treasure all my memories. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you. We love him very much and are so thankful John was in our lives. Thank You for sharing him with us and the Croft Farm. We love you, The Remleys
