John was a very loving, caring man. He donated so many hours to help those at the Allison Cancer Center. He also helped my son's Boy Scout Troop make new chuck boxes back in the late 1990's. He was truly a very kind, giving man and will be missed by many.

John Crosby was an example of how we should all live our lives. Be kind, do great things, and help those who need our help the most. He and Mary were a rare find, and I am so thankful that their unwavering kindness and friendship were part of my life.

John, was also a great supporter and leader of the "High Adventure" Explorer Post sponsored by First Baptist Church in the 70s. He was father figure to many of us.
