John C. Cullen

Of Flint, age 67, died Sunday, August 3, 2025, at his residence. John Cullen, known to many as "Johnny Kid," was born on October 14, 1957, in Michigan. He was the son of the late James and Mary Ann Cullen. John worked for General Motors for 40 years. He is survived by his son, Jonathan (Nikki), and four grandchildren who brought him great joy: Addie, Emmie, Josie, and Charlie Rose, all of Raleigh, North Carolina. He is also survived by his brothers, Alan Cullen and Jim Cullen (Debra) of Columbia City, Indiana; several nieces and nephews; and his dear friend, Alma Henderson. John will be remembered for his quick wit, love of a good prank, and ability to make others laugh. He enjoyed life, never passed up a chance to have fun, and shared a deep bond with his dog, Bear, who was always by his side. Details regarding a memorial service will be shared when available.
