Not sure what to say?

In the 1970's John was very helpful to those of us working in The Peoples' Festival whose goal was to show how various ethnic groups helped our community. He provided us the Mall free of charge and even threw in some money to help construct some of the booths. Many of us who worked in the festival are very appreciative of his help for that endeavor. He was always very friendly and kind to us. God Bless John and his family.

To Mary Anne, Jack and the Culpepper Family: It is with great sadness that I recieved the telephone call of John's passing. I met John several year's ago when we both served on the Board of the Pope and Young Club. We were drawn together through the love of the sport of Bowhunting and became close friends. I thank him for sharing his home and family with me. His skill and ethics in life made me proud to call this great man "my friend". John's journey continues now with God.

Our family wishes to extend our deepest sympathy for your loss and our apologies that we were unable to attend. Mother especially wishes to express her regret at not being present. She holds great esteem and respect for your family and is deeply saddened by your loss. May God Bless and keep you during this time and may you know our prayers are with you all.

The Family of Pat Carter

On behalf of the Pope and Young Club Board of Directors, I offer heartfelt condolences to Jack and the entire Culpepper family. John's many contributions to our record- keeping organization and to the sport of bowhunting made each better for his involvement.

I will never forget John's kindness to me when I first started in commercial real estate many years ago. He was a class act who will be greatly missed.

To the Culpepper Family,
It was a pleasure working at Sherwood Health Care for the ten years that I did and John was such an inspiration to the community of Brazos Valley. it saddens me that another one of our outstanding community leaders is gone but I am grateful to have a special angel looking over our community!!!

Much Love,
Brandi Bradberry

Mary Anne - My prayers are with you and Jack and Mary. John was kind enough to give me a job when Keith and I wanted to return to College Station. I will always remember his kindness and generosity. May God continue to bless your family-

Dearest Culpepper Family,

Even though it has been many years since I worked for John Cecil, I have often been thankful for everything I learned while I worked there. He was a very nice and considerate man and I know you all will miss him. Hold onto the memories and traditions that were built with him! You will be in my thoughts and prayers during this time.

May God Bless You All,
Margie Watson Lucas

Dear Culpepper Family,
It has been a pleasure being not only an employee but, also part of the Stalworth family, these last few years. Mr C, was a wonderful, kind and caring person and I will miss him greatly. I'm so grateful to have gotten to know him. My life is richer for knowing such a giving person.

May you be blessed with peace and be surrounded by the love of friends and family at this time of great loss.

My thoughts and prayers are continued with you.

Deanna...
