John William Curran

On behalf of my father, Henry Derzinski and whole family, please know that we will be praying for everyone. My dad still talks about his lifelong friend. May he Rest In Peace.

My prayers and thoughts and condolences go out to the entire Curran Family during this time of extreme sorrow for a true gentleman and a class act in every sense of the words from Jimmy Pearl of Bayonne, New Jersey.

John Curran what a guy and what a cop. He and I shared many stories from the Horseshoe area of downtown JC. He and I would ride the City in our later years and talk about and marvel at the changes. We both enjoyed some of the same things life provided. While those days are gone I and many more will remember John's sense of duty and his enlightened look upon life and family. John will b e sorely missed. Rest in eternal peace .

May I express my sincere sympathy to the entire Curran family. John was my friend and mentor. One of the best bosses I ever had in my 34 years on the job. May you Rest In Peace John !
