Not sure what to say?

I was impressed that John's neighbor in E Detroit had an ice rink with colored lines and the Schilling twins (Redwing father) played with us. John deserved the Best Sport award. cousin Rick Welch

We'll all miss laughing with John.
I respected John for being good and being good-enough in 7-8th grade basketball to play in our rivalry.
From backyard fence jumping in the 60s to vacations in the 80s, John was reliable, fun and makes me feel good thinking of him.
We are fortunate to have experienced John's pleasant presence.

My Condolences to John's Family... I had the opportunity to work with John on some Chamber stuff and Professionally. He was always Professional, and easy to deal with... He will be missed in the Business world, we could use a few more like him... RIP John.

John and I used to make bets on the notre dame Michigan football games john was a nice guy. We will miss him. Frank Bujan homer glen

My condolences. John was a terrific person, business man and welcoming to those whom he met. I am grateful for the opportunity to have known John.

I am so sorry about the loss of John as he was truly one of a kind. My deepest condolences to all the family in this dark time. John truly will be missed by all.

I would like to offer my deepest sympathy to Denise and Garrett on the loss of your loved one. It's times like these when the loving promises of our Heavenly Father can bring us comfort and can soften some of the pain we feel in our hearts. 1 Thessalonians 4: 13,14

John Currier was such a good good man. He made everyone better, by the experience of knowing him.

I lived with John at the Evans Scholars House in Ann Arbor MI; John & I attended Michigan together. We Evans Scholars were all golf caddies in our younger days, and our pride in that is such, that we still call ourselves "Caddies", to our last. We were picked by the Evans Scholar Program to receive the scholarship, that set us off into the world.

I met John through my friend Pat Garvey and was immediately impressed by his humor, thoughtfulness and kindness. John and I were part of a regular Sunday golf foursome for a number of years at Big Run and he tolerated with good humor my 3-digit scores. We also would occasionally have a get together at John's house for a swim and dinner. He and Denise and Garrett were such great hosts to me and Sarah and Elizabeth (who particularly enjoyed the pool!) - it was always a good time.
