Not sure what to say?

Although we did not know John personally, it was wonderful to read his acievements from friends, classmates, workmates, and like them we extend our deepest sympathy to his family at this difficult time.
Kieran, Patricia, Peter, Hazel, Rosemary Darren, Patrick and Kelly.

We were so sorry to hear of the loss of your brother/son John. He seemed to have touched and made a difference in the lives of so many people. We're thinking of you at this sad time and hope your fond memories of John will bring you comfort.

John was a study partner and friend from Briargrove Elementary to Plan II at UT. I spent more classroom time with John that any other person in my life. He was always a kind, humerous, and smart person. i remember when he designed the first Briargrove Elementary logo. I remember doing flag duty, audio visual, duty and play-writing duty with John at Briargrove. I remember how excited he was when he was accepted into UT Law. He and i propped each other up through many a difficult Plan II...

John was not only a great boss but also a special friend. We will miss you John.
My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

Mr. Curry and Family,
I have very fond memories of my friendship with John, from riding our bikes around Briargrove in Jr High to our Freshman year at UT, with lots of miles logged in between. John was remarkably intelligent and challenged me to be a better thinker. He obviously made a significant impact on his community, serving the people of Wichita Falls. Please know that your family has been in my prayers as your mourn John's loss.

John would be amused that I have tried all day (on a break, John) to come up with the right words to say to his family. I believe the Currys know how much John meant and will always mean to me and my family. His friendship and laughter will never be forgotten.

John was a wonderful person and special friend to me. I was his investigator for 14 yrs. My life has been blessed to have known him and shared work and a personal friendship. He was the one, that I could always count on. I know that John loved his mother very much and I know they are together and he is at peace. My memories of him will remain in my heart forever. Dana Rice.

I worked for John at the Public Defender's Office for about 4 years. I was lucky enough to watch and help him on some of his cases. He was a very caring and compassionate attorney who gave it his all. John was also my friend. He was there for me thru some very tough times. He helped me as much as he could and never judged me or thought ill of me for what was going on. I still kept in touch with him after we both had left the Public Defender's Office. (We both loved Harry Potter and had to...

I worked with John in the Public Defender's office when he started out there. He was one of the nicest, most gracious, thoughtful men I ever met. He was a smart lawyer, a good advocate, and most of all, he cared about the human beings he represented. I was lucky to have met him. He left the world a better place than he found it.
