So sorry for the family's loss. Ray was who he was and made no excuses for it. He wasn't dapper dan but he knew far more about quality control than his counterparts in private industry. He has a truly dedicated government servant. He was funny. He gave no false pretenses. And the world will miss his candor and knowledge.
