Not sure what to say?

Mr. Dacey - I always have called him that. Out of respect, awe and love. I lived across the street for over 10 years and boy, did Jeanne and I cause them and my parents some headaches. We caused Kathy, Patti and Nancy some headaches too I think! I remember how he could whistle! Just like listening to music. It was beautiful! Mrs. Dacey, the Lasky/Kaste families wish you love and peace and a quietness in your heart knowing you were married to such a great man.

The Best Dad in the World is watching over us with a song in his heart and a smile on his face. He's sharing toasts with Nana, Grandpa, Mike, Pat and Tim. The knicker-clad foursome of Payne Stewart, Don Molinari and Bill Dacey tees off at ten. Slainte', Dad!

When I was a kid, John Dacey was my Dad's best friend. They loved playing golf and the prized trophy for the winner was a blue painted quarter.

My fondest memories are of John and Jeanne sitting at the bar at my Mom and Dad's house singing Irish tunes. My Mom loved to dance but Dad didn't, so John took up the slack. Oh how my Mom loved him for that.

Our prayers will continue for Jeanne, John, Kathy, Patricia, Nancy, Jeannie and Jim along with their spouses and...

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

So many great memories of John at parties over the years -- he was a wonderful man. My deepest sympathy goes to Jeanne and the whole family; you are ever in my prayers.

Wonderful memories and always in our hearts....We will miss him.....

Before this rascal moved his family to Phoenix (in my mind, the great West, with horses and cowboys), the Daceys lived nearby in Mineola, NY. I adored these cousins, my Aunt Jeanne and Uncle John, and cried on learning they were moving so far away. The memories I have are treasures (yes, even getting the mumps while staying with them- though that may not be one of their fondest memories. Uncle John's passing leaves a space. I hope some of that space can be filled with the memories of a...

John, what a delightful and happy person you were on the golf course. I'll miss your smile.

John Dacey will always be remembered by me as Uncle Johnny..he has always stood out amount all the others as the person that had a smile and never seemed to get upset over anything...my only regret was I did not get more time to know him even better.
