Mark & I have the fondest memories spending time with you at the lake house. One that immediately comes to mind, Mr.Dale greeting us with a great big beautiful smile when we arrived, He was always fun, witty, and without fail whipped up lively banter and interesting conversations especially at the dinner table, along with great food & Ann’s yummy pound cake for dessert.

It always made our day to see John and Anne. The banter between my late husband Charlie and Dale was usually very entertaining. More than anything, I loved watching the exchanges between John and Anne. I always admired John's commitment and discipline to jog every morning. On my drives to work, it was always a nice start to my day to get a wave from John as he jogged around the lake. He always kept in touch with his friends and co-workers from SwRI and I enjoyed hearing his take on Institute...

Sweet Anne,
Dan and I both adored the two of you. We have such sweet remembrances of the fun times. You and John lived such a love story.
I so understand what you’re going through because Dan passed away August 12. His obit will be in Sunday’s Express News.
