Not sure what to say?

I just uncovered that one of my best childhood friends JP passed 13 years ago. We grew up in Gentilly Woods during the 60's and enjoyed sleep overs, parties, and just riding bikes with the guys. After High School we lost touch and went separate ways. What a shame; he was too young. Rest In Peace my friend.

Sorry to hear of the lost of my dear friend and long lost companion. Our trip to Florida in 1976 is still the highlight of my life. JP's passion for life and exploring was infectious. Jennifer and I are truly saddened and will always remember the joyous times we enjoyed together.

Where does one possibly start to describe the most amazing and talented person I have ever known. Our lives united at eight years of age and has, and will never end , we were as one . Can you just imagine a Super Hero with a heart that was so generous he would give rather than comfort himself, and all ways would go beyond that. We loved each other as though we were genetically connected and never missing a moment of connection our entire lives . Many who have met him know that once...

I met John as a neighbor first, and he quickly became our friend. We had some fun times backpacking in Sipsey, camping, tubing, barbequeing and watching our older children grow up. He loved nature and should of been a geologist. Our families made good memories together, we got lost in the forest, but we found the big tree. We will never forget John. Rest in Peace.

John was one of my best friends; so many times he made me smile. I remember when he walked through my door in Metairie and his friendship changed my life. I made many friends through knowing John. Till the day he went away he remained a true and caring friend to me. I will always cherish the friendship we had. He will be deeply missed.
