I was so very saddened to read of John's passing. My condolences to all who loved him. I first met John in early 1967 when he was still working at Davis Jewelry & I was working at First National Bank. Shortly after he opened John's Jewelers at the first location I purchased a beautiful diamond & Yogo ring he had designed. Since moving away nearly 35 years ago, each annual visit I have made to Great Falls I have brought my ring so John could clean & check it. Over the years he also helped...

Our deepest sympathy to John's family. John donated to our auction every year to support the Great Falls Toys for Tots program. He was a very generous and kind man who will be missed by all in our community.

We'll miss you John. Always enjoyed seeing you for a cinnamon roll in the morning.

Sorry to read this article in the Tribune. My sister,Sharon Funk, worked for John before she was taken from us in 1973. She had alot of admiration for him and his knowledge of jewelry. Judy Funk Robison
