Not sure what to say?

Mr. Davitt was my favorite teacher at Ramsey. I remember him as a kind and caring man.

Molly, sorry for the loss of your father. He was my bookkeeping teacher and the day after I graduated in 1965 he called me and told me to call Deluxe Check for a job interview.. I owe so much to him as I got the job and started three days after graduation, which I retired from after a 25 year career . He was a very kind, soft spoken teacher and I think of him often because that call totally affected the rest of my life. Thank you Mr.. Davitt.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this very sad time. Jack was a gentleman very much like my late father Harvey Benedict. It was wonderful seeing all of you at Bill's 80th birthday celebration. I'm so sorry that miles have separated us through the years. May God Bless you. Rebecca Benedict Huskey, Overland Park, Kansas (Mary Davitt's daughter)

Jack was a kind friend since the 1960s when I first met him. He was usually laughing and always concerned about how I was doing. I will
miss him very much.

As a 1959 graduate of Alexander Ramsey, I remember Mr. Davitt as a wonderful teacher. Many happy memories of him. Sincere condolences to his family. Donna Rude Resler
