Pauline PRIDGEON Obituary
Pauline M. Pridgeon passed away on April, 2, 2015 at the age of 98. She was born on January 14, 1917 in Timpson, Texas.
Services to celebrate Pauline's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 4, 2015 in the Memorial Chapel of Cook-Walden Capital Parks Funeral Home, in Pflugerville, Texas. The family will greet guests the hour prior to services and committal services will follow at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery.
The family wishes to thank the staff of New Hope Manor for their dignified, respectful and loving care and compassionate concern for their mother.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Asbury United Methodist Church, 1605 E. 38 ½ Austin, TX 78722 or New Hope Manor Activity Fund, 1623 West New Hope Dr., Cedar Park, TX 78613.

I taught school with Polly at Travis Heights, where she was the ultimate educator and leader. Everyone on the faculty acknowledged Polly as our top teacher. Her experience in the classroom was an example for all of us. A few years ago, I visited with Polly when a parent from Kiker Elementary School was researching Bernice Kiker's years as principal, and Polly was so full of personal information, which she shared generously. We've lost a fabulous teacher and friend.

I was always grateful to greet Polly on Sunday morning and receive her warm greetings and kind spirit.
