Dear Mrs. DeCosmo & Family,

We were so saddened to hear of your loss. We all have such fond memories of a wonderful man who touched so very many lives. Sometimes God picks certain people to fulfill special roles in a lifetime. We all know that Dr. DeCosmo achieved that goal! He will be missed, but remembered in the hearts of so many.

We so wish that we could be there to at least support you with the music for the memorial mass, but unfortunately we are still here in...

This is indeed sad news. I recall him coming to my house when I was in grade school to treat my illness. That is when he first started. When he was on 16th street north. I was a patient until he retired. He was always more than DR but a good friend. He was also a close firend of my wifes parents who have passed on the Neri's. Doreen and I give our greatest sympanthies to his family.

Dear Judith and family, We wish we were there to share your grief,we are in NC.
John was a good Doctor and a good friend.
He will be sorely missed. In deepest sympathy, Carol and Bob Slaughter.

Dr. DeCosmo achieved so much in his life. More than the average man could only dream of doing. His family can certainly be proud of him. He has earned his reward in heaven for a "job well done". Don't grieve for him, celebrate his wonderful life! Our family wishes we could have met him.
With deepest sympathy,
Richard and Lorraine Grenville and Family
