Not sure what to say?

My condolences to John's family, I had the pleasure of working with John at the AG's Office, he was genuinely a good person and a real gentleman always willing to lend a hand, he will truly be missed.

John,
You were a man of honor and unwavering integrity. A kind soul, a gentleman, a friend. You were like no other and will be missed by all who knew and loved you.

I can't help but feel that Perry was there to greet and guide you.

Rest in peace.

A true patriotic Gentleman always with a quick smile and a kind word. A legend in NYPD who passed on so much knowledge to less experienced Detectives and later on coworkers in the Attorney Generals Office. My deepest sympathy to the DeCarlo and Golden Families. Semper Fi.

Patti:
It has been a long time but when I read of John's death I couldn't help but remember how we used to see you and John each Sunday in church with your beautiful children. You stood out as one of the most gracious and kind families I can remember at OLQP. I am so sorry for your great loss and will keep you and your children in my prayers each night. John was obviously a special man to have had you by his side.
God Bless
