JOHN DEHOFF

My condolences to the DeHoff family. May the God of comfort give you the strength and endurance to cope with the loss of your love one.

Fondly remember helping Uncle John replacing the grass divots in Gramma's front lawn, to keep his practice golf swings a secret. All the while insisting to the neighborhood kids that he was our uncle alone (mine and Nancy's that is before sisters Alison and Susan were born). He was a friend to many, a kind and generous man, and will be greatly missed by those of us who loved him and knew him well.

John had such a wry sense of human, combined with the most thoughtful, compassionate heart. He was devoted to his family, and we could always rely on him. We learned a lot about how to take care of each other from John and there is no greater gift.
