With best regards to the Delaney family, I think of John often, a good friend in class and on the field. This anniversary reminds me of the happiness John brought to the boys from the Prep. I am grateful to have known John. Fondly, Joe Diviny

Please accept my condolences on the passing of John. I knew John from the Prep as well as his sister Kim. John was an intelligent, witty classmate and always had a smile. May God be with you.

I would like to express my sincerest condolences to the entire Delaney family. I have wonderful memories of John from our years together at the Prep.

Although I had not seen him since our graduation many years ago, I have thought of him often over the years with fond recollections of his intelligence, humor and wit and the shared experience of four years of football. He was a special person.

Be assured that John and your entire family are in my thoughts and...

My sincere condolences to the DeLaney family.

John started at Carro Spanbock, a NYC law firm, after I had left but we got to know each other and became fast friends and taw law colleagues and even golfed a few times. I'll always remember his wit and incisive intelligence; his untimely passing is a real loss.

My deepest condolences to the Delaney family.

I attended Widener Law School with John. John was a very good person and friend. I am very saddened by his untimely passing.

My sincere condolences to the Delaney family.

John and I worked together at a New York law firm in the late 80s-early 90s. We lost touch after we each went our separate ways, but I will always remember his good spirit, his devotion to his family and his high level of professionalism that was respected by all.
