Dearest Milena, I send my sincere condolences to you and your mother. I didn't have the pleasure of knowing him well but I do know how special your father was to you and that he raised a mighty fine daughter.
I hope you are surrounded by family and friends that can give you strength, support and love during this very sad time.

Betty Jo and I were saddened to learn of John's passing. We always enjoyed visiting with him at family gatherings-particularly the annual summer fish fry in Dunmore. I will miss enjoying cigars with him and talking about life's little pleasures. Sympathy to my beloved cousin Lenora, daughter Milena and extended family who loved and embraced John.

I have wonderful memories of Johnny D. from 'way back in the Bistocchi era. He was so soft spoken, kind and generous. Good Polish, Catholic prayers are going his way.
