As stated earlier entry I was going through a hectic time myself because of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and became ill I have remember something since then. When I was in high school around the age 16 and Ryan was 9 or 10 he began to choke on a jolly rancher in his backyard. He began to run to his house. I stopped him and preformed the Heimlich maneuver on him which I had just learned in gym class at Linganore High School. I have read that his life was cut short but after this happen...

On the 6th anniversary of the passing of Captain Dennison, I would like to recognize the service & sacrifice he made. He has not been forgotten.

I DONT KNOW YOU IN PERSON BUT AM SORRY FOR YOUR EARLY DEATH, AND BECAUSE YOU ARE YOUNG AS I AM, SO I FEEL PAINS IN ME. MY CONDOLENCE TO YOUR WIFE, PARENTS, BROTHER AND SISTER AND FRIENDS. MAY YOU YOUNG AND GENTLE SOUL REST IN PEACE, IN THE BOSOM OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD. AMEN.

I knew John because I deployed under his command in 2006 to Iraq. He and I shared a similar Christian Faith, and every once in a while when time allowed, we would read to Bible together with a few of the others.
He was energetic, always looking to the next challenge, could outrun the best, and had stamina that very few could match. He was a hard charging, Ranger and Sapper qualified, paratrooper who's sole desire was to become the very best soldier he...
