Not sure what to say?

To Jack's Family,
You can be proud and it should help give you comfort that Jack accomplished so much in his too brief stay in this world. He will be waiting for all of us that knew and loved him in the next world.
It is fantastic how many lives he touched.
I will keep Jack and his family in my prayers.
Kevin, ex-classmate, Class of 64

To all of you who have posted thoughts, memories and prayers in the name of my husband Jack De Value thank you.I cannot begin to tell you of the joy you have given to me and our children. He wore many hats in his lifetime, and wore them all well. I am so proud of him and the way he touched so many lives. His memory will live on in all of us, remember to speak his name as you have known him. I will always have him as Jack. Thank you again for your love and support thru this difficult time......

It's been many years since the 'Three Jacks" taught together in the Boro but I still have wonderful memories of those times. Rest in Peace Jack2.

Thank you all who have shared such wonderful stories of my father.

God Bless

His love for learning and love for the craft showed, and it inspired me. When students had trouble, he was there for them. When the curriculum was without a doubt below his students, he recognized it and raised the bar, getting the best out of us. Most of all though, I believe that Mr. D considered every one of his...

Jack was one of the first staff members I met when I started teaching at FHS in 1981. His friendship and support was offered with "no strings", and that friendship and support never weakened. His help with the music program and marching band were invaluable, and the inside information he offered made the development of the program smooth indeed. The lives of both staff and students were unmeasurably enriched by Jack's humor and gentle spirit and his demand for excellence in himself and his...

Mr. DeValue was a wonderful teacher, a caring, dedicated mentor, and a joy to all who knew him. I feel so privileged to have been his student. Thank you, Mr. DeValue. May God watch over your family till they join you again.
