I never had the privilege of meeting Jack but I have been blessed to call his daughter my great friend. Great man and great doctor. He saved my life 2 times once in 1986 and again in 2006. The first time in 1986 I was living in Maryland in 2006 I was living in Texas but traveled back to Maryland just for him to take care of me. He will truly be missed, My condolences to his family.
