I knew him when I was appointed to the management of FERRO France. I have always been impressed by his good humor and professionalism. I remember one time when he called me to tell me to look at an expense that he thought was going in the wrong direction. I was surprised because with the overall figures in his possession, which seemed good, he could not detect such an anomaly. But I realized, after checking that he was right.
