Chris and children/grandchildren,I'm very sorry to here of John's passing.I just found out about it.I last saw John when I went into Aratari Auto Finishers to buy some shop supplies about two years ago. Please accept my sincere condolences.Earl Bonenblust 585-455-3279

Chris, Jack, Shelly, Rocky and Mario - I am saddened to hear about John's passing.
I have a lot to thank John for - as he was an incredible teacher, craftsman, and all around good guy to spend time with. I learned a great deal from him, and he has had a huge influence on me and my passion for fishing. I think about him every time I use one of the rods that he built.
My father, Al, and I send our deepest sympathies.

To John's family. I used to work with John at Lawyers Co-op.
He was a great guy and a hard worker and taught me so much about our department in covermaking.

I enjoyed working with John all those nights, he made it worthwhile and fun.

I am very sad to hear of his passing.
He will be remembered and missed.

My thoughts are with his family.

Chris, Cousng Mike here. I never look at the obituaries, but for some reason I was compelled to around 2 AM Monday morning, and I learned of his passing. I'm very saddened, as we were planning to get together; I was copying some jazz CDs and DVDs for him. Will also miss the blackened fish, broccoli right from the garden and of course his homemade gnocchi. A very talented guy he was.

CHRIS: ME AND MY FATHER WILL MISS JOHN DEARLY AS WE SPENT MANY AFTERNOON IN THE BOAT ON LAKE ONTARIO FISHING. TWO THINGS WE COULD ALWAYS COUNT ON WERE CATCHING LOTS OF FISH AND THE GREAT SANDWICHES JOHN WOULD PACK FOR US..HE WILL BE GREATLY MISSED.

OUR DEEPEST SYMPATHY,
JIM & RANDALL KUHN

Chris,

You and John welcomed us into the community two years ago. This was done through his great knowledge and passion of the outdoors.

I got to know him over a short period of time. He had one of the largest impacts of my life. He will be greatly missed.

Please accept our sympathies and stay in touch.

Our Warmest Regards,

Jim and Linda Jorgenson

Shelly, We are thinking of you and your family during this most difficult time and praying for peace in your broken hearts. Please accept our deepest sympathies.

Shelly - so sorry to hear about your Dad. From my family to yours we express our deepest sympathy. Call if you need anything!

I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. John was a great guy and friend. I enjoyed listening to his great stories about past fishing trips. His contribution to Powder Mills Fish Hatchery was greatly appreciated.
