Not sure what to say?

Growing up, our mother's brother, Uncle John, played such a large role in our lives! Every Sunday we would go to grandma's house and my Aunt Valerie & Uncle John along with my cousins- Maria, Janine & Jay would be there, too. There are so many fond memories ...My uncle was a role model for all of us and especially my brothers! RIP uncle John! We will always love you like a second father!!!

Dear Valerie & Family,

There really isn't a lot we can say. Please accept out sincerest sympathy, love, & prayers. Please don't forget you can vent or cry on our shoulders.
We are here for you.

I remember John as a young man working in his parents restaurant, Ciros in Massapequa.

Not just a cousin to my father Vincent but a friend! John (and Valerie) have been soo wonderful, caring and loving to my father especially since the passing of my mother that no words can express my gratitude! You were a truly giving helpful man and will forever be in my heart. May you rest in peace and your family find comfort by the joy of all their fondest memories.

Cannot imagine this world without you. Your legacy of morality and love is envious and hopefully duplicated by our generation and all to follow. Love you always.

I only got to meet Mr. DiPalma this past year. Unfortunately the timing was well into his illness so I never had the opportunity to enjoy his company. Spending time with his family though and hearing all he had accomplished, how much he had done for so many - I truly missed out on knowing a special gentleman. You will be sorely missed but you legacy will live on through all that had the privilege of knowing you.

We always treasured our lifelong friendship and mutual respect both professionally and personally. Will miss you.

There are so many fond memories & happy times we spent together with our respective children and mutual grandchildren that will always remain with us. You were there for so many milestones throughout their lives & it is sad that recently you were no longer able to be there for them. You will always be in our thoughts & prayers. You are truly missed. Now that your time has come & God has called you home may you Rest in Peace. Sending Love & Our Deepest Sympathy to Valerie & the entire family.

Pa, we love you. We are sad today but are happy you are not sick anymore. We will miss you very much.
