Read MoreMr. Dobbs was my boss at the Cotton Research Station for two summers. He taught about hard work and he cared about our crew. John had me assist other adult individuals so I could learn new skills. He was kind and patient with me. I learned slowly and each day with Mr. Dobbs was good.
