John Dobyns

Please accept my deepest sympathies. John and I have been good friends for many years. I first met him on the CNAPStaff in October 1970. We were very sorry to read of John's passing. We admired your family. We lived across the courtyard from you in Monterey in about 1965.

Our memories of you & your family at the Goodbody/Dobyns family dinners are memorable, John and Jean you are such great folks to enjoy pleasant conversations and great meals, thank you for your hospitality in your home, May the arms of God comfort you during this trying time, many prayers, from our family to yours during this difficult time.

John and family, I am sorry to read of you father's passing. I remember him well during our years at RMI and Convair. He was always an upbeat and friendly person and a pleasure to know. He used to stop by my desk from time to time after you left RMI and bring me up to date on you and how you were doing. Beverly and I wish to express our sympathy to you and your family.

May the heartfelt prayers and sweet memories of the many people touched by the life of John and Jean, offer some small comfort to the entire family. I went to school with Mr. Dobyns' kids and his kindness towards me always made me feel special, especially since my own father was absent.

Both Arnie and I are so honored to have known John. He was such an interesting man of great faith with a kind, generous heart. We both pray for peace and comfort for the entire Dobyns family.

I loved the way Mr. and Mrs. Dobyns excepted my entire family as part of theirs when my sister married their son Jim. Mr. Dobyns was such a kind and loving person and will be greatly missed.
