Not sure what to say?

Worked many years at BHS with John. A wonderful teacher and human being. Was always cordial and friendly and a great coach. Those were great memories.

With world events of the past year+, I have been quite busy. It was not until 7 DEC 2005 did I receive word that John had passed. Although I only taught at Bartlett for one school year, John and I had desks in our office next to each other...so I certainly learned a great deal about the man. Although my career transition into the military has allowed me to visit several locations and meet and serve with many people; When I reflect on my teaching experiences I will always remember how...

We were so shocked and truly sorry to hear the news about John's passing. Our memories of John playing with our sons were wonderful happy days. He had a winning smile and out going personallity. Jack, Judy and the entier Domschke family we send our condolence, love, and prayers.
Love,

I heard about John from my best friend Arte. The last time I saw John and the entire Domschke family was in 1986, I was 14 years old when we moved to Phoenix. It has been almost 20 years and it still seems like yesterday we were all playing together. (Boy scouts, little league and basketball) To the Domschke family, Jennifer, Riley and Nicolas, I'm very sorry for your loss, he was truly a wounderful person. My family and I pray that you feel God's warmth, strength, love and peace.

Ive known Domsche since I was a freshman at Bartlett. He was without a doubt an amazing coach, and a true friend to me. He was one of the few people who was always there for me, and I knew I could talk to him about anything. I especially enjoyed my "Day with Domschke" on the band trip in 2004. The memories of that day are still fresh in my mind. Domschke was an amazing indiviual who cared for everyone else before himself, and his actions truly showed this. Rest in peace, I will miss you.

I just stumbled across the news of John's death today. My heart goes out to the Domschke family. I met John at ISU and we became good friends. We lost touch over the years. I may be better known to the Domschke family as Traci Mccormick. John and I actually were involved in a little fender bender together with some other friends in the Sentra he used to drive. What a great guy he was and being a big kid at heart, I'm sure he was a great father. I didnt have the pleasure of knowing him that...

My first visual memory when I hear the name John Domschke is the big smile he always had. I am extremely lucky that I had the opportunity to grow up with such a great family right around the block from us. From cub scouts, to basketball, football in the field, to going to school with them, the Domschke family has always been supportive and involved with/for other people. My sincere condolences go out to Mr./Mrs. Domschke, Jeff, Jim, and Jay. John will always be in my prayers.

Our love and prayers go out to Jack, Judy, Jeff, Jimmy, Jay and the rest of the family. The Domschke Family made Jeff and Arte's growing-up years fun and inviting. May the strength that bound you as a loving family when our kids were growing up, continue to support all of you in everlasting love, hope and joy. Johnny is smiling down on all of you. Bless you and may peace be with you.
All of our love and prayers,

Dear Jen,
My heart breaks for you and your boys. After reading about the amazing and wonderful life that John led after we knew him in our college years, I am truly honored that I met him way back when. What an inspiration he is and will continue to be to all the students he taught and coached. I remember very well the smile that he shared with all of us Poms at ND. I remember how much he loved you back then, and how we all shared our news of our current loves. It is apparent that...
