Steve and I were sorry to hear of the passing of your husband and father. It was a blessing that all of you were together at the time of his passing to comfort each other, since you all are spread all over the USA. Peace be with you all. Love Fran (Wynn) Davis

Dear Mrs Dow: My condolences on the passing of Commander Dow. His folks lived across the street from my folks on Daniels Court in Adams. I knew Nellie and Frank well. I know they were very proud of their Navel Flyer son. Lt Colonel Robert G Francis, US Army Retired

Ernie, you and the family are in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

I am very saddened by Jack's passing. He was a true friend, both to Dave and to me. I'll miss his 8:00 phone calls. In spite of his sometimes "gruff" manner, he had a heart of gold.

His friends at GCC asked about him often, and told many tales of his "Dow's Duffers" group. I know he'll always be fondly remembered by all the guys.
