Not sure what to say?

I'm sorry to learn of your passing. You once prepared cousins you'd never met a fine meal and told us family stories and let us copy files of family history. Rest in peace.

Dear Pam and Family,
Dr. Downer was not only our family
Doctor , but was also a friend to my
Daddy, Joe Stern. Our hearts are broken,
and we pray your treasured
memories will give you strength during this difficult time.
The city of Lexington was so blessed to
have him as our "town Doc".

Pam;

Nina and I were out of town and could not attend the visitation or the funeral.

We are so sorry for your loss. We have both lost spouses and know what a difficult time this is for you and your family. Please know that we and all your Breakers neighbors have you all in our hearts and prayers.

Mark and Nina Herbert

Keeping the entire Downer family in my thoughts and prayers. Dr Downer was truly one of a kind.

May your family find peace and comfort in knowing it has been promised pain and death will one day be no more.

Pam, I am so sorry for you and the family. Bubba and myself thought the world of John. He was such a caring Doctor and friend. Always love him and you Pam. My love too you Madelyn
