Not sure what to say?

Thinking of you.

I just wish to express my sympathy to Dr. Duchak's family. He sounds as if he was a terrific person and his son Dr. John III seems to have inherited all his best qualities. Again my most sincere sympathy.

Dr. Duchak and family Thank you for the very nice tribute to your father. He must have inherited his goodness from his father Dr. John Duchak who delivered our nine babies in the 50 and 60's and took such good care of our family all those years. He was the best doctor ever! May God bless and watch over all your family. Sincerely Anthony and Cornelia Schwendeman Dayton, Oh.

John and family,

We are sorry to learn of your father's passing. Your father and family are in our prayers as you go through this difficult time.

Dr. Duchak and Family,

I am so sorry for your loss. Your father sounds like and exceptional man. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Viktoria Bauman (Kirby Bauman's daughter)

I had the pleasure working for Dr. Duchak from 1993 to 2005 as his Medical Assistant. Through out the years he greeted his patients with a kind word and his signature smile. Kathleen and his family were always the shining star in his life. All I can say I worked for the BEST. I truly will miss you my boss, friend and mentor.

SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR LOSS OUR
PRAYERS GO OUT TO ALL YOUR FAMILY FOR YOUR GREAT LOSS.

Both of us went to St. Brigid with Kathleen, were at their wedding, and saw one another on only rare occasions after we started our families, but true friends are forever and we will keep them both in our thoughts and prayers until we all meet, hopefully, in heaven.

To the Family, I had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Duchak and we shared many conversations here at Miami Valley Hospital. I send my deepest sympathy to each of you. May John rest in peace. Gerald E. Martin Customer Liaison of the Security Department at Miami Valley Hospital.
