Not sure what to say?

John helped our family when our 9 year old daughter was seriously injured in a car accident. Her hip was fractured and displaced, she required surgery and a body cast, physical therapy to learn to walk again, and missed 7 weeks of school. He went after our car insurance and won in a manner I NEVER thought possible.
But he knew his law, and he knew how to fight for us. We met with him and Katy several times in his office, and even had the pleasure of meeting Lilly when she was a...

Dear Katy,

We just learned of John's passing. We are sorry for your loss. John helped us with a serious legal issue, and we had many wonderful conversations with him. We remember him fondly and even met Lucy when he first got her. You have our deepest condolences on your loss.

Social justice has lost a great advocate. How very honored and proud you all must be to have had him as a father and husband. The world could use a few more John Dugiggs!

My deepest condolences to the whole Duhigg family. Mr. Duhigg was truly one of the most compassionate and brilliant attorneys in New Mexico. To be in his presence was a gift and blessing. I know the Creator welcomed him saying "Well Done Servant, Well Done!" Mr. Duhigg will continue to be an example for us all. Blessings and comfort to all of his loved ones.

May his memory be a blessing to all. Steven and Masha Sanders

I met John when I first started practicing law in Albuquerque in 1971. I shall always be grateful for his encouragement when I really needed it. Over the years I was privileged to witness his kindness and willingness to give legal assistance to people with cases other attorneys might reject. Many people will remember his warm smile and the twinkle in his eye.

As the days go by, may the good memories of your loved one bring your family comfort and may our loving heavenly Father give you peace during this sad time. He see's the pain death causes so he promises to end it forever very soon. (Isaiah25:8)

I am so sorry for the loss of your loved one. Please find peace and comfort in Psalms 119:76.

John demonstrated strength by displaying his incredible smile and speaking truths... He always had time to listen and share his Wisdom. I will forever miss him and my life and my family's lives are better for knowing him.
