Durfee Family, Pat and I send our condolences. John was one of the role models in my life. He did a favor for me without fanfare when I was trying to get established. He always had a good word, and a smile. He will be missed.

Dear Eric,Bobbi,Tammy and Lang, We are so sorry to hear of John's passing. I loved him and have such wonderful memories that span back to childhood. My Dad and Mom loved him as well....they were such good friends...Mom went to school with him at Whitcomb when the were kids. Bethel has lost a wonderful man. Sending my heartfelt love and sympathy for you all.

Bobbie, Tammy, Eric, Lang and families, You have lost a remarkable dad, who certainly lived a full life. I count the Durfees as lifelong friends, and I was glad to see John not that long ago. He remained sharp and steady, always ready to share stories about our families; I vividly remember the many times we visited your home, the pond, and barbecues and lots of laughing. Hats off to John, and my thoughts are with you all,
