It's been a year now since your passing, and it hasn't gotten any easier, especially for your mom. Oct. was a very tough month for us all.
I miss you more than you could ever imagine, the tears still have a way of flowing everyday. The Cabin lies still and lifeless now without you, I don't go up there anymore, not because of the wonderful memories, but because of our future dreams that will never happen.

We stayed at the cabin (Durham's On the River) for the last time this weekend, it was very sad. After 10 years of staying there, almost every weekend. It has become another major loss for me, since loosing you, but it will never be the same w/o you there, so I am just thankful for the time we did have together there. Well, we scattered your ashes on March 22th, 08, Easter weekend. It was a beautiful day, I'm sure you had something to do with it. The friends and family in attendence were numerous, and surrounded by your favorite music and delicious food.
