Not sure what to say?

Worked with Mr. Dvorak as a part-timer throughout high school and part of college...sad to see him go. Too young. My condolences to your family.

It has been a long time since I was involved with Oak Lawn Baseball, but, except for the kids, my most enduring memory from those days was of John. I guess that makes sense because he seemed like a big kid. He was the antithesis of the "baseball parent." He was concerned only with assuring fun for the kids, developing their baseball skills, and nurturing a love of the game. Anyone who met John couldn't help but think they just made a new friend. He was a great guy.

I have probably...

My condolences to John’s family. John was a good guy. I worked part time in the sewer division during my summers while I went to college. He was someone who didn’t take life too seriously and could always make you laugh. I ran into him a few times later in life and he was still a happy go lucky guy. He will be missed.

Mary,
I am terribly sorry for your loss. You and your family will be in my prayers.

Dear Mary, Andy and Scott: We are so sorry for your loss. John was a great guy. We also remember John's phenomenal coaching skills when our team WON the World Series-still have Chris' T-Shirt that John had made for the team--in advance. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.
