Brilliant student and athlete. John sat behind me at St. Ignatius whispering running comments about each Jesuit.

Dear Mrs.Dwyer and family-- I was very sorry to hear of Dr.Dwyers death. I worked with him in the Schaumburg office in the last few years it was open. He was such a nice person and a pleasure to have had him as part of my life. He will be greatly missed. Sandy Meo

John was a wonderful friend and will be greatly missed.

Please accept my condolences on your family’s loss. I was able to make it to Mass Saturday morning. What a beautiful church, and a nice ceremony. I hope it was of some comfort to you all.

I knew Dr. Dwyer professionally for many, many years. Prior to my appointment to what Doctor knew as the “Industrial Commission”, I was a defense attorney there for 23 years. Doctor was my defense expert more times than I can even count.

My deepest sympathy to the Dwyer family. Having never had the pleasure of meeting John, I am a great friend of Maria Nashar and knowing her the way I do, I can only imagine what a wonderful and loving man John must have been. May God bless the family during this difficult time.
