Read MoreI worked with Mr. Eccard at Kenner Army Hospital/Clinic for a long time before I retired in 2005. He was a wonderful caring individual & I enjoyed talking to him when I had a chance. I lost track of my Kenner friends after retirement but always thought about those who were still there when I retired. My sympathies go out to the family.
