Here we are, a year later. The loss feels even greater today. Over the year I´ve come to realize how incredibly fortunate John and I are that we have had such wonderful, caring friends and family in our lives. My last year would have been tremendously more difficult with out you all. John was larger than life, kind, funny, loving, adventurous. He loved when I called him clever, and he was, he could fix anything. Love him , miss him.

I was honored to work with John on Midwest Tape's Headquarters. He was larger than life and yet so grounded. His fondness of everyone in the company was clearly evident, even to those of us who didn't know him well. I was inspired by his enthusiasm and try to carry it forward.

My condolences. Please know the hard work and dedicated vision of John had a far reach. Many of our clients at Woodstock Public Library, Woodstock Ontario Canada are gratiful that our library could offer Hoopla to escape the challenging days.

John is my son's hero and mentor. John gave him opportunities and experiences that brought him success and joy. I am grateful for his influence and love in my son's life. I could not ask for a more positive role model!

I may not have worked for him for very long but he was definitely a boss that cared very much about his employees. Always made me smile when I would see him. My heart goes out to his family and friends. He will surely be missed by many.
