1928 - 2016 (Age 87)
John Hubert Endres, 87, of Pensacola, FL, passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2016.
John was born On October 25, 1928 to Franz and Veronica Endres in Albemarle, N.C. and grew up in Raleigh, N.C.
John was a founding member of St. Paul Catholic Church and a Eucharistic minister there for 12 years.
John served 3 years in the U.S. Air Force. He returned to Raleigh, N.C. and graduated from N.C. State with a BSME degree in Engineering in 1953. He married his wife Audrey and moved to Pensacola, FL to begin raising a family. He was employed with Monsanto from 1953 to 1985 when he retired.
John loved to play golf and worked as a volunteer at the Emerald Coast Golf Classic for many years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Franz and Veronica Endres; son, John Hubert Endres, Jr.; two brothers and two sisters.
John is survived by his wife, Audrey Endres; daughters, Cheryl Early and Teresa Endres; along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 am until the Mass of Christian Burial begins at 11:00 am on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at St. Paul Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Bayview Memorial Park.
