JOHN W. ESPY

It could be said that the supposedly annual (but more often biennial) visits to Dr. Espy were the only medical appointments that I actually looked forward to. It was always fun to catch up on various developments, and I left the office with a new perspective on the world, both figuratively and literally. His retirement was a sad but well-deserved milestone, and I hope that much too short time was a happy one. With sincerest sympathies and kindest wishes to the entire Espy family.
