John was my landlord and a very close friend. We spoke at least 5 times each week. Its sad to see him go but he is in a better place now and may his beautiful soul rest in eternal peace.

I didn't know John well but struck up many conversations with him as we shared the locker room frequently at Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital over the last year or so. He was headed to the fitness center and I to the pool. We always enjoyed these brief chats and I am most saddened to hear of his passing.

John was such a vibrant person! He was highly intelligent and always interested in learning about the world around him. He lived his life fully and with great passion. He put up a brave fight in his last few years. God bless him. Now he can be with my sister, Sharyn again. I know he missed her.
