Not sure what to say?

Thank you everyone, for your thoughts and prayers during our families' difficult time with our loss. We have lost a great man- a father, a grandfather, a brother. Although this time is difficult for us, we have to believe that Grandpa is in a better place, a place of peace and comfort. Someday we will all see him again. In the meantime, it's comforting to know that He is watching over us and protecting us.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. Uncle John was a great story and joke teller. Not to mention his fun antics. I remember when he stood outside Aunt Babe's carport and fired snowballs at Uncle Tony in the doorway of the kitchen leaving snow and water everywhere. His warm heart and big smile will be with us forever.

Grandpa,
You touched so many lives, I had no idea. You are the greatest Grandfather a Grandson could ask for.I'll miss your jokes your laugh and the candy you kept in the kitchen and that garden I would raid when I was a kid.I love you Grandpa and Godspeed.

Deep sympathies to the extended family of Uncle John. I know Uncle Tony will miss him greatly. We were fortunate to know a truly good man. Will miss the stories and funny jokes.

My deepest sympathy for John's family and friends. I knew his son Paul in high school. God bless. -Gail LaConte Merlock
