Not sure what to say?

I will always remember John's smile and laugh. I could hear him coming down a hallway long before I saw him as he greeted students and staff along the way. He always put a smile on the faces of staff and students alike. Although many who knew John are no longer on staff at McAllen High School, he truly has been missed by those who worked with and learned from him. Rest in peace, John. You are greatly loved by those who knew you.

I think of John often. He is one of my fondest memories from teaching at McAllen High School. We had some really fun times. He always cheered me up when I was having a tough day. I miss his smile.

I will never forget seeing his sweet smile, hearing his frequent laughter, and experiencing his love and enthusiasm for teaching. John has been missed and will continue to be missed by those who had the privilege of knowing him. No one can take the special place he had in our hearts.

I think of John so often with his bright smile and optimistic disposition. The people who never knew him really missed out. He met challenges with energy and a can-do attitude. Mostly, I miss his hugs and hearty chuckle. Love you. John

I miss hearing your laugh and seeing your smile. Your personality was second to none. You meant so much to so many and you had so much more to share with others. I can't believe you have been gone for so long. It seems like only yesterday we were joking around together in the McHigh halls. I think of you often. Rest in peace.

Mr. Farr was a very kind man. My condolences to his friends and family.

I miss you...and Sarah!
Love, Cheryleen

Hello Friends and Family of John —

I didn’t personally know John although we are both theatre craftsmen. However, currently it’s my duty and privilege to help others remember and honor him. I’m a graphic designer working on the 2009 Texas Educational Theatre Association program guide. In the program, we memorialize theatre comrades who have passed away. You can view the 2007 “In Memoriam” page...
