Not sure what to say?

Definitely my favorite teacher! And a nice man! Did some babysitting at their house as it was just across the street. He is remembered fondly as is Betty!

Dear Betty Mae and family,
I had the privilege of knowing John as a fellow educator, employee of the MN State Deparment of Education, and as a citizen in the Shakopee School District. He was a class act as a person and a very gifted leader. Please accept my deepest sympathy and prayers.
Respectfully yours,

Have fond memories of Mr. Feda and the whole family. Mr. Feda taught me algebra in Villard and I also babysat for their children as I lived across the street. He was a kind, caring, smart man. Our sympathies go out to Mrs. Feda and the entire family. He was my favorite teacher.

It was an honor to serve with John, both as a fellow superintendent of schools and with Governor Quie where I was Lt. Governor and John was the commissioner of education. My sympathy to the family and friends. He was a remarkable person and leaves an enduring legacy.
