To Our extended Family, our Hearts and thought's are with all of you.John was what Randy Call's "One Of The Good OL Boy's". Well Over 40 years of friendship will be Missed. He was a Man Of many Talent's and was right there if you needed anything. He was a man that you could bank with just his word, and he stood firm with his views and mixed no bones to express them- He loved a good dulling of the tonge, and usually won...We are all proud to have known John and to of shared our lives with.

John was a great friend. He and Di entered our lives more than 20 yrs ago. Oh the stories we could tell. We will miss seeing him, the memories are here to keep. I'm sure there will always be a reason to bring up another John story.

Dear Lord take John into your hands heal him from the pain and hurt he suffered due to loss of wife Diane, Papa you will always be here with us all God bless all who entered your life cause we had a true friend, you will be missed.

After a long work day, John would stop by Sporty's with his buddy Ted to relax. John would always buy the first cold one and Ted would argue mildly. The conversation was always whatever what was happening, but would always turn to John's passion for his family, or NASCAR, or fishing but never work. The day was done and it was time to relax. John was a true gentleman and kind person. We will miss him dearly at Sporty's.

John was a very special person. We are very blessed to have known him. We shared the love of everything Dale Earnhardt. On the day that John passed away, we were talking about Dale Jr's struggles this year. John said, "I ain't burnin' my 88 hat yet"! John is now in heaven and he's talking Dale Earnhardts' ears off! Our prayers are with his family. We share your grief. We pray that God will give each of you enough strength to get through this time of sorrow.

I only had the pleasure to meet with John this past Sept. when visiting the Pacific Northwest. I heard so many wonderful things about John from his sister-in-law Jan.
Well I must say it was like meeting a old friend, he was one heck of a great guy. John was one of those diamonds in the rough. I'm sure he'll be dearly missed. Love and prayers to all his loved ones during this time of loss.
